Andrew Wolf joined the company in June 2000. During his 25-year career in commercial real estate, Mr. Wolf has focused on both tenant and agency representation as well as investment sales in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He has been involved in the successful leasing and sale of
many types of commercial properties ranging from Class A office projects to flex and industrial properties.
Andrew has served as exclusive landlord broker for 1444 Eye Street, NW, 2000 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, 2121 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, 725 15th Street, NW, 801 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, 1920 N Street, NW, 1785 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, 50 F Street, NW, and 8320 Old Courthouse Road in Tysons Corner, VA. Mr. Wolf has also provided tenant representation services for Visa USA, Rock Creek Corporation, Bruder, Gentile & Marcoux LLP, Blackburn Architects, Education Sector, Economic Analysis Group, Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration, SHARE, Catholic Community Services, Washington Grantmakers, among others. He is also involved in investment sales and has completed such notable sales transactions as the Visa land purchase at Commonwealth Center (47 acres, $24.5 million), Henry Adams House (211 unit apartment building, $53 million), MedStar Manor at Lamond-Riggs (11.5 acres, $11.975 million), 801 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE (office building, $12.65 million) and the Flour Mill Building (office building, $16.2 million).
