Mark Witschorik began his career in 2005 at J Street and has accumulated a diverse range of expertise across multiple disciplines of the commercial real estate industry.  Mark’s clients have included Stockbridge Real Estate, Live Oak Realty, Community Connections, Walgreens, Dave & Buster’s and Jenny Craig.  In addition to Mark’s representation of both office and retail landlords and tenants, he assists J Street in originating and underwriting investment opportunities. His comprehensive understanding of real estate through the lens of investor, owner and tenant allows him to apply a wide base of knowledge to client specific needs.
